Tried Pizza for the first time in my life today, no cheese of course, but what a place to try my first slice. This restaurant is called Volpetti Piu, and they have been making pizza for over 5 decades and it is mouth-watering and good

The prosciutto and Ham and this restaurant will floor you. Best in Rome! They also have have balsamic vinegar that they have aged for over 100yrs. Man it is good.

This is pasta at Flávio Al Velavevodetto, one of the most authentic Italian restaurants you will ever see in Rome. It is in a working class area and stays pack. A bit of advice, do not order the spaghetti with meatballs, the cook will leave the kitchen and eject you. Spaghetti and Meatballs is not done in Rome
This is a Roman delicacy called Suppli, it is fried rice balls cooked in meat broth. It is unbelievably good when it is hot, and a small place called Trapizzino makes the best kind.
Finally, and not the least Giolitti… The most truest Gelato in Rome… So they say! Shhhhh…. I had better in Florence
